This website provides general information about TPSHost services. It is not a binding service offer, guarantee or service-level agreement. Exact specifications, availability, pricing, responsibilities and commitments are stated in an approved proposal, order form or service agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the public website for lawful business information and enquiries. You must not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, submit malicious code or misuse forms and portal links.
3. Cloud Console
The Cloud Console is for authorised customers and users only. Credentials must be protected and access must comply with the applicable customer agreement and acceptable-use policy.
4. Intellectual property
TPSHost branding, website content and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
5. External services
The website may link to external tools or service providers. TPSHost is not responsible for third-party content or availability except as expressly stated in a customer agreement.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, public website content is provided without warranties and should not replace a formal technical assessment or contract. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
