Select the closest option and explain the application in the notes. A cloud specialist will validate the sizing before quotation.

Pricing FAQ

What customers usually ask.

Why are prices not shown as fixed packages?

Business cloud requirements vary significantly. A fixed package may under-size an application or include services it does not need. TPSHost quotes from the confirmed resource and support parameters.

Can I start small and scale later?

Yes. Resource expansion is part of the design approach, subject to platform capacity, application constraints and any change process in the service agreement.

Is Windows Server licensing included?

Where Windows Server is selected, the appropriate licensing cost is included in the quotation. Licensing depends on the edition and virtual core allocation.

Are backups included by default?

Backups are scoped separately unless a selected plan explicitly includes them. This keeps retention, frequency and recovery expectations clear.

Can TPSHost manage the application?

Infrastructure and operating-system management can be provided. Application, database and cybersecurity management are separately scoped where available and must be stated in the proposal.
